Questions/ answers

What does Doody Division do?

We provide professional dog waste cleanup services, removing pet waste from your yard so you don’t have to. We also treat the area with an eco-friendly cleaner that breaks down odor-causing enzymes.


Do you take the waste with you?

Yes. We bag and remove all pet waste from your property and dispose of it responsibly.


What areas do you service?

We service the Woodlands, Tomball, Spring and Conroe area.


How often can you come?

We offer flexible scheduling—weekly, biweekly, or one-time cleanups to fit your needs.


Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you don’t need to be home. However, for safety reasons, we will not enter the yard if pets are loose and no one is home. Please make sure your pets are secured during your scheduled service.


Is the cleaner you use safe for pets and children?

Absolutely. We use an eco-friendly, pet-safe enzyme cleaner that helps break down bacteria and neutralize odors without harming your lawn, pets, or kids.


Do you clean your tools between visits?

Yes. We sanitize all tools and equipment after every visit to prevent cross-contamination and keep your pets healthy.


What happens in bad weather?

If weather conditions are unsafe (like heavy rain, snow, or lightning), we’ll reschedule your service. Doody Division will reach out to coordinate a new time that works best for you.


How will I know when a Doody Division technician is on the way?

You'll receive a text message 30 minutes before your technician arrives. All of our techs wear a Doody Division uniform—branded shirt, hat, and khaki pants—so you’ll know exactly who is in your yard.


Can I tip my technician?

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you’re happy with your technician’s service, feel free to tip directly or ask us how to leave a digital tip.


Can you work with locked gates or access codes?

Yes, but please make sure we have the correct code or key in advance. If we can't access the yard, we may have to reschedule..


Do you offer any guarantees?

We stand behind our service. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.


Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

There are no long-term contracts. You can start or stop service at any time with notice.
